Mussar

Mussar is a Jewish spiritual practice that is approachable and practical set of teachings for cultivating personal growth and spiritual realization in daily living.  The ultimate goal is to help us achieve greater wholeness and goodness.

Prerequisite:  Participation in a previous mussar group or permission of the instructor; please contact Rabbi Linda by 10/19/2012.

Lunch & Learn  

Join us as we share Torah, lunch and one another’s company once a month.  We will explore various Jewish practices, texts. Curriculum will be guided by the interests of the participants. RSVP at least 2 days in advance to Arlene Benz, 610-566-4645

Meditation For Peace and Presence

Rabbi Linda will offer several opportunities to learn or to practice meditation to find greater peace and presence in life.  Some of these will occur at contemplative Shabbat services and other sessions will take place in the rabbi's study.

Spiritual Nourishment in Times of Transition

In this difficult economy many are facing uncertainty and making professional or personal changes.  Come to learn stress management techniques and wisdom from Torah on managing change, to share our stories & exchange information & resources. More dates TBA. Come to one or more.
